The X-500 is a non-vacuum modifying fixture that can handle your largest cast. Square tube body and threaded T-handle give you three points of contact with the pipe that holds firm against twisting and moving during modification. The wide mouth of the X-500 accommodates a prosthetic alignment sleeve over the cast pipe, and the powder coat finish and welded steel construction ensure years of reliable service. The X-500 comes with mounting hardware.

Dual purpose LI BASE
and drape thermoforming chamber.

The DX-1000 has a horizontal tube that is a drape thermoforming chamber, AND an independent vertical tube that is a base for ROTOLAMs and LI bubble thermoforming Platforms. The drape thermoforming chamber has a long neck, threaded T handle, and holes in the end to prevent blocking the vacuum with the cast. The separate vertical tube is a receiving sleeve for Leonard Industries attachments that rotate without losing vacuum giving the technician access to all sides of the project. It features independent valves for each chamber, all steel bolt down body, air-tight welded seams, powder coat finish, and ships to you with all valves, barbs, and mounting hardware.

The VM-1000 is a receiving sleeve for Leonard Industries rotating attachments that has a blade welded on the bottom to fit into any standard shop vise. Its stores easily and adds another vacuum station without taking up any table space. All seams are welded steel and the VM-1000 comes with powder coat finish, valve, and barb.
